We produced this series of animations to combat the huge increase of presenting problems post Covid. These are completely free to download and use from the page below.

Since publication they’ve been viewed globally, being saved and shared over 250,000 times by hospitals, private clinics, learning departments, therapists, teachers, parents and of course, individuals.

If you’re feeling anxious, and on top of that, feeling anxious about feeling anxious then this animation is for you. While our relationship to anxiety can often feel overwhelming, an understanding of it is the first step to regaining control.

ADHD, affecting about 6.8% of adults worldwide, is a condition that can impact people’s behavior greatly.
To shed some light on the condition, Synima partnered with University College London to produce a comprehensive animation to raise awareness and suggest some treatment pathways.

This animation attempts to focus upon the psychological origins of depression in the hope that a better understanding may hopefully support those affected.

Accessing Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services

Exacerbated by the isolation and uncertainty experienced during the pandemic, there has been a notable increase in the number of children requiring assistance for mental health issues. As CAMHS faces challenges in addressing the backlog, a heightened threshold was introduced in 2021-22, effectively restricting access for 60% of children lingering on waiting lists. Presently, the criteria for treatment have been elevated to a degree where children must be in a severe condition to be deemed “ill enough,” potentially pushing more children to critical points that could have been mitigated with earlier intervention.
